Health and social care maps

The 'Health and Social Care Maps' is a Power BI based tool to present key information about the health and wellbeing of people in Kent.

It is possible to compare areas, view trends, explore maps and see differences by deprivation using our interactive dashboard.

Data on a variety of health related indicators are explorable for a range of geographical areas, including Districts, Health and Care Partnerships, Middle Super Output Areas and Primary Care Networks, with local and national benchmark areas.
