You can register and sign in using your public health OpenAthens account. Look out for the Literature Searching (LTS) modules amongst many others.
HEE says: "The e-Learning for Healthcare portal (e-LfH) is an online hub providing e-learning to educate and train the health and social care workforce. Working in partnership with the NHS and professional bodies nationally, the e-LfH programme develops and delivers e-learning that is quality-assured and available free of charge to all relevant users in health and social care 24/7."
